Property Management in Westlake and Austin
Renting out a home should earn you money without taking over your life. I find and screen good tenants, collect the rent, handle maintenance and keep you informed, so your property is cared for and you know where it stands. I’ve owned and managed rental properties of my own since 2003, from multifamily buildings to luxury vacation rentals.
Choose the level of help you need
I price your home, market it, screen applicants, prepare the lease and do the move-in inspection. Once the tenant moves in, you take it from there.
Everything on this page, month after month: rent collection, maintenance, inspections, renewals and owner statements, plus finding the next tenant when the time comes.
For vacation and short-term rentals: listing and pricing, guest communication, cleaning and turnovers, and keeping the home ready for the next stay.

Protection for owners who accept pets, on top of the pet deposit.
You pay the monthly management fee only when the home is rented.

Thinking about renting instead of selling?
If you’re moving but not ready to sell, renting can make sense. I can show you what your home would likely rent for alongside what it would likely sell for. See Looking to Sell for the selling side.
Property management FAQ
Do property managers in Texas need a license?
Yes. In Texas, leasing or managing someone else’s property for pay is real estate brokerage and requires a real estate license. I am a licensed Texas Realtor (TREC license #838186).
What does property management cost?
It depends on the home, the rent and the level of service you choose. Contact me for a quote, and I’ll go over every fee in writing before you sign anything.
Can you manage a home I’m not sure I want to rent yet?
Yes. Many owners weigh renting against selling. I can show you what the home would likely rent for and what it would likely sell for, so you can decide.
Do you manage short-term rentals?
Yes. Short-term rentals have their own rules, including City of Austin STR licensing and HOA restrictions, so we’ll start by confirming what’s allowed for your home.
Which areas do you cover?
Westlake, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Austin, Lakeway, Bee Cave and nearby areas. Ask me about homes farther out.
